Like the Pats two free agent signings so far. Bennett and Logan Ryan are nice players to have but some idiots (Raiders, etc) are going to overpay them by 10M dollars. Not my money but the replacements seem like a better fit value/talent wise. Would really like to see Hightower come back however.

Nothing's better than getting players from sh !tty teams like Buffalo, Chicago, or Cleveland. All of their players are so used to losing they go out of their minds once they get to New England and give 110% for a chance at a winning season, let alone a SB ring.

Talking with a guy at work and he said the Patriots haven't had a receiver like Cooks since Randy Moss. Cooks still has 2 years left on his rookie contract. They just signed CB Stephon Gilmore and are paying him $14 mil a year. It's said Butler wants $15 mil per so methinks he's the odd man out.

How's that stack up for a kicker?

That's a lot of money for a kicker. Basically, if he misses more than 2 kicks next year, he's a flop signing.
