    And what will stink is they will defend themselves saying they "feqred for their safety" and that they "followed protocol". This will cause those that already fear cops to only fear them more. (especially if it works) It will also undermine other officers when they make the same claim legitimately.
    Jury nullification is a two way street, and there are plenty that will acquit solely for the magic badge. Only takes one.

                          So if I am reading that right...the Justice Department, a GOP lead FEDERAL department is going to tell cities and states how the cops and the communities will act? They will force them to withdraw the decrees that were put in place to help the communities and police better communicate and deal with each other?

                          Party of smaller government indeed. All small c conservatives that vote GOP are suckers.
