I've been lurking for a bit, but decided to come out of the woodwork and introduce myself. My wife and I have been season ticket holders for a couple of years (we moved from the DC area to MN about 2.5 years ago) but this year will be our first as members of the Power Play Club. For those of you who may have been there, we were the ones with the toddler that Coach Frost made cry at the post-game reception on Sunday.

Welcome, both to the forum and also to the PPC! Please introduce yourself in person if you feel like it. I am the goofball dressed in gold pants every Saturday (maroon on Friday).

I wonder if Coach Frost has ever made anyone cry before

Many times I am guessing, most of them are play at places like UND, UMD and Wisconsin.

I totally agree.

Dani seemed to reach an even higher gear than normal in the 3rd period on Saturday and Potomak was all over the ice with energy.

But even more surprising to me was the speed that Baldwin showed at times last weekend. She was flying.

Is anyone watching the video feed from Bemidji? Is the color completely washed out for anyone else, or is that my computer?

Thanks for the email! The personnel on site has informed us that they are working on the equipment issue. At this time we don't know when (or if) the it will be resolved but we'd suggest checking the event periodically to see if the issue has been resolved.

I would also suggest a refund.

You aren't missing much. In addition to their usual grinding along the boards and clogging the slot BSU has added a lot of interference and holding to their arsenal. The refs seem to be ok with it.

Nice comeback by the Gophers as they score three straight in the 3rd for a 3-1 win. Dani Cameranesi with both the tying and winning goals.

I think I'm going to risk it

The response I got from Stretch yesterday during the game said the event was currently "unavailable" (even though I was watching it, so to speak). I read that to mean they were no longer selling it to new customers. Maybe they won't make it available unless it's fixed, who knows? At any rate, I'll post what I find out.
