Wow those numbers are very impressive. Do you know if Walters, Zajac & Prez played on the same line ? If they did they must have posted some serious numbers. So if these studs are the best first line who would be on the most productive 2nd line ?

LOL.. now you've got my research project juices flowing .

Zajac & Walters were both centers so were never on the same line (except for PP time), but Prez-Walters-Trabucco did put up big numbers. Below is a more comprehensive list that even dips back into "the dark years":

      14-15 Champ-Vecks-Wilkins 128 pts (39 games)
      13-14 Champ-Carr-Vecks 125 pts (42 games)
      09-10 Prez-Walters-Trabucco 120 pts (38 games)
      11-12 Welsh-Carr-Jooris 114 pts (41 games)
      02-03 Beal-Webb-Gillies 110 pts (30 games)
      10-11 Welsh-Carr-Jooris 104 pts (40 games)
      93-94 Ford-Stevens-Monteith 96 pts (30 games)
      08-09 Prez-Walters-Trabucco 95 pts (39 games)
      12-13 Carr-Bodie-Simpson 90 pts (40 games)

What's interesting is that if the 1994 or 2003 teams had played 7-10 more games they very well would have moved to the top of the list.

      As for 2nd lines:

      13-14 Sullivan-Novak-Hatch 91 points (42 games)
      93-94 Albert-Jiampetti-Holbrough 80 points (30 games)
      12-13 Carr-Jooris-Wilkins 76 points (40 games)
      14-15 Scarfo-Novak-Foo 72 points (39 games)

Again, a shoutout to the 94's if only they had played a few more games.. though that Sullivan-Novak-Hatch line was definitely one of my favorites and on plenty of nights was the #1A line.

Our SOS is currently ranked 49th and there is only one ECAC team ranked worse. That is Brown. Brown is ranked 50th.
Over the course of the next month (December 2 - January 5), we have 8 games
        - 7 are on the road
        - 5 are against ranked teams
        Q(5)
        V(14) two
        ND (9)
        BU (6)

Not going to be an easy month ahead.

For those of you not making the drive to Hamden tomorrow, the game is on SNY (it's a Quinnipiac production; you'll be much happier knowing that going in), and if you don't get SNY there is a free stream on quinnipiacbobcats.com of the scoreboard feed.

Don't look now but Union has been sneaking up silently off the radar. Tonight might tell if they're pretenders or contenders, GL tonight!

I have to say that after the first period, I had very serious doubts about our capacity to score any goals during that game. Then we seemed to have more of something going, even though the stats will not show that. And 3 unanswered goals in one period is really a killer. Our PP was nice to look at, first time this year I say that...
Overall, we put away the chances we had, can't ask for much more than that!
