My thoughts..... Augsburg to Wisc Stevens Point winner to St. Norbert
Mass Boston to Williams winner to Trinity
Salve Regina to Salem St. winner to Hobart
Geneseo to Adrian

Now, someone can tell me why I'm wrong. Probably a mileage issue or something here. 😕

I think they would make Salve and Salem play higher seeds, not each other.

UWSP VS WILLIAMS - UWSP WINS
THEN
WILLIAMS VS PLATTSBURGH - WILLIAMS WINS

If it gets to UWSP vs Plattsburgh somehow, Plattsburgh has a chance.

Isn't the process -- and since no one else is mentioning this, I'm probably wrong -- when the situation requires a cross regional selection is for the East to put up one team and the West to put up one team? Therefore, the West will obviously put up UWSP for consideration and the East will have to compare Williams against Plattsburgh to get to their one team for consideration.

Correct? Incorrect?

Yes you are correct ........... and DePere is 437, Steven Point 475, Plattsburgh 641, Hobart 598, Hartford 702, Geneseo 395, Salem 812, Minneapolis 646. Someone has to travel in the quarterfinals to play the #1 team. Will they give Geneseo a first round bye, just because of geography, to pit them at Adrian in the quarters?

It's been done...yes...mileage matters to the nc$$

The placeholder bracket on ncaa.com has a 12-team bracket. I realize it's almost definitely a mistake, but it's enough to make a Plattsburgh fan dream...

Remember the year they went from 8 to 9 teams? That decision was made at the last minute. Granted, not the very last minute, but pretty close...
