I seem to remember hearing of NFL players putting away as much as 20,000 kcal in a day.

And I thought I had to eat a lot at 3,000 a day. When I start ultra-marathon training, that will jump to 4-5,000, but that still pales in comparison.

Senior year at SCSU, my roommate was the center for the football team. He told me that he routinely ate 5500-6000 kcal per day in order to keep his weight up at 305. Yes, he had some fat to him, but that fat surrounding a huge base of muscle. He "blocked" me one time, sent me across the room even though I was of the mistaken impression that I had prepared myself for the hit. He tossed me like a ragdoll and I was around 290 at that time.

I don't think you visit the movie thread that often.

On my Blu Ray player I have this add on for the Cult Movie Network. Under SciFi films is "Inbred Redneck Alien Abduction"

I saw the title and thought this is something the Kepler household ought to view.

Thank you! A little research turned up this description of production company SRS:

Previous SRS titles include Gut-Pile, Inbred Redneck Alien Abduction and Return to Blood Fart Lake.
Here is the little masterpiece itself.

You want to build a mosque next door and ask me to leave because I raise pigs? Forget that, I'm racing pigs during your prayers!
