Period ends with Brown up1-0. it looked like we started to pick up our game the last five minutes. Lets bring that to the second period and take over this game.

Looked like we started to get our legs the last bit of that period.

Brown is very physical and going for body as first priority. If the boys get the heads out of their keysters, and skate, they should be alright. The solo opportunity in the period got them a post. They can do much much better.

And it was also boring! We did very little of anything good. But as others have said, we looked a little better in the second half of the period even though we still did not manage many shots.

The women's game is anything but boring...two teams that love to skate and move the puck quickly. Colgate leads 2-1 after one period. First time I have seen them this year and Wow are they impressive. They will win a national championship sometime over next couple years...top 9 scorers are freshman and sophs, one of the most impressive being Annika Zalewski, sister of Mike Zalewski. How did she end up in a Colgate uniform . I think the Engineers will have a tough time keeping pace with this crew tonight.

Maybe she'll leave early, like her brother.

Not much incentive for the women to leave early, but we can always hope.

Appears we are switching up lines already. Have not seen the same lines as earlier
