What about Mike... give him 2 seasons to get LFC on track and to find another job.

Pointers have been so close, I'm inclined to spread the wealth.... still keeping it in the West!

Who will be our Professor Harold Hill?

                      Trouble, oh we got trouble,
Right here in Lake Froest City!
                      With a capital "T"
                      That rhymes with "H"
                      And that stands for Hockey,
                      That stands for Hockey.
                      We've surely got trouble!
Right here in Lake Forest City,
                      Right here!
                      Gotta figure out a way
To get good players to come to our school!
To keep the rink frozen and not a pool!
                      Trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble...

A Senior class with 1 plus player and a GAA of 3.86. They are going to teach the winning way to an incoming class for the lower third of the usual recruiting teams with another FUBAR season on the horizon.... Trouble?

Nobody believe we have Trouble? Trouble with a capitol "T" and that rhymes with "P" and that stands for PITIABLE

For a minute there I thought you were going to try to bring a monorail to LFC.

Sort of what it feels like a Disney ride... but we don't need a monorail....

Hammer understands cause his team, from its first season has what LFC needs.

It’s no surprise, really. Processes are often hard to see – they’re a combination of both formal, defined, and documented steps and expectations and informal, habitual routines or ways of working that have evolved over time. But they matter profoundly.

There is nothing to enforce “this is what matters most to us” at LFC Hockey. We get "Tradition and We want to Win at all levels OFTEN"

Sure would be nice to hear and see something like this out of LFC Hockey.

“There was passion. The community was behind us. The students were behind us. And that’s what our goal is. We all know what it’s going to take — it’s going to take work. But we’re going after the best recruits, and we’re going to get them.” “The game of hockey is entertainment,” he said. “We need people in the seats to enjoy our product. So we’re looking to play an exciting brand with skill.”

                                Re: Lfc 2015

In the NCAA’s 2008 survey, about 30 percent of Division III members said the “the ultimate measure of success in an athletics program is participation in national championships.”
In 2013, more than half of the division agreed with that statement.

“Some Division III teams are moving from the old approach of winning being secondary to it being the primary mission,”...... LFC?

Spartans and Thunder looking for new head coaches, Thunder with new facility and $$ backing.

Better have a plan for getting talent cause the pool is thin now.

Guess the heat of competition is rising not only in Hockey....
