  • US Foreign Policy: The Wogs Begin at Calais

We've only got the GWOT thread. Time for a more generic thread about foreign policy in general.

Kicking it off... Ron Paul talks about US policy towards Israel and Iran.

    From the campaign thread.

That about clinches it for the Iran treaty.

Cory Booker, who was assumed by many (incl. me) to pull a Schumer and choose donors over principles, instead says he'll back the treaty. That's like a Texas senator telling the NRA to go suck it.

Does building a wall between the U.S. and Manitoba qualify as foreign policy?

Depends...how effective would it be at limiting UND's supply of 26 year-old talent?

Is not being in the same league a diminishing factor? And how do build a border fence from Houghton to Massena??

The border fence is the weather. That's why they don't find "Muslim prayer rugs" in Sault Ste. Marie

Given we can't seem to build one on the south where it's really needed, I'd say that's a moot question.

Just annex down to the canal. Adds about 200 million people and makes border patrol a snap.
