Zach Metsa selected in the 6th round (95th overall) by Cedar Rapids in the USHL Phase II draft.

Metsa had a pair of goald in the All Star game last night in Cedar Rapids camp.

Anas scored two goals in the Islanders Spring game. First one was a SNIPE from just inside to blue line and the second he made a nice move right in front of the net and went top corner. Pretty impressive for an undrafted kid! October is not that much further away!

Schedule is basically set. The spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...LfI/edit#gid=0) is almost complete. Once our games with Princeton (away 12/29, home 12/30) are added, that only leaves our game at Harvard, which I would say will be on 1/30.

Any word if we are trying to schedule an exhibition for opening weekend?

Nice seeing some new names in this thread. Welcome to town Dog and Farm. Don't know why, but I started thinking Bobcats hockey last week. Must be these winter like temps in Maine ...

I've got two maybe three vacation days I need to use before my anniversary date at work (Oct. 28th). Looks like I'll be able to heckle MarkEagle nice and early this year.

I'm not sure Harvard will be on 1/30. The reason for this is because Harvard typically requests a re-schedule on the game played the Saturday before the Beanpot. Last year was an exception in that Brown did not accept the moving of the date, but they were able to get away with it because the Beanpot was re-scheduled due to weather.
