Break time and I dont think it could have gotten here soon enough for the Beavers. Hopefully they come back and can repeat last years second half.

Great job to come out of the break with a good 3 points on the road. Hopefully we are becoming a post break team with last year going very well.

Well done! You guys got screwed last night on the no goal call. Was the ref calling a tripping penalty, and that's why the play was dead as soon as Jenks touched the puck?

I didn't see the play, but it sounds like that was the call according to what I have heard. The play didn't get blown dead right away, but did after video review.

The play was called dead because the goalie played the puck with his stick. However, why wasn't it a penalty shot? I heard TS's explanation of the ref's explanation on the post game and I was a befuddled as the coach was.

I heard coach's explanation as well but didn't want to try to explain it.

I know of two for sure that are doing the 10 day Alaska trip with the team.

The trip is still on my bucket list though....

Wow.... Phenomenal trip getting 7 points. Moved from a tie for 8th to sole possession of 4th in the standings. Bitzer has really come on and strong and we are playing great hockey right now. Unfortunately we have to play a couple ooc games next weekend.
