Modry was just at the US Select 16 Tryouts. Played for Team Orange..... http://playerdevelopmentcamps.usahoc...bseason=232820
Brandon Pirri: Turk would give it to Jagr. That's awesome! Jagr's untouchable. And he would give it to Jagr.

We still don’t know if Modry is %100 but Ralph’s source is a good one. SB Nation did a critique of the D-men @ the Select 16 Camp. Not a great ranking (50 out of 52) but he obviously comes from good genes so let’s see how he develops........ 50. Jacob Mrody

He has a big frame and skates a little flat-footed, but he has decent vision and a good stick. http://www.sbncollegehockey.com/coll...nsemen-goalies

Thanks for finding that. It tempers my enthusiasm quite a bit.

Good news for “Flaggie”.......The USHL may be on its way back to Rochester. In 2 or 3 years. Or maybe not. There is an owernship group in place and ready to bring the league back to town, if all of the details can be worked out. The team would almost certainly be an expansion team and probably would start play in the 2017-18 season..... http://postbulletin.typepad.com/face...rochester.html
