Viva suspended one game by NCHC for his flying elbow.
Again, I can't comment too much because I didn't see the hit. But someone sitting near me who saw it (a DU fan) said it was an ill-advised (to put it nicely) play by Larazza. Bad decision...hurts the CC player, hurts Larazza, hurts DU. Not much gained from that one. DU needs to be firing on all cylinders at the end of the season, which is much tougher to do if you have Moore out one game, Larazza out another game, etc.

Beat Miami!
Bring home the playoffs!
Wow, that is an excellent class right there. There will be big shoes to fill next year. Let's hope they play well so this isn't their last series at Magness. We need that home ice for the playoffs.
42. Joey LaLeggia, Defenseman, Denver (Edmonton Oilers)
LaLeggia is an offensive defenseman that has managed to hit double digits in goals scored in each of his four seasons at Denver. His size could be problematic at the next level, but he has really improved on the defensive end of the ice over the course of his career to become a more complete player.
