Winter's starting to gear up here with 18.5" so far in January, sitting around 0°F and -20 wind chill, it's supposed to get worse tomorrow - schools are already cancelled - but hopefully clear up enough for the Northern games this weekend.Huskies are very intelligent and trainable. Huskies make an excellent jogging companion, as long as it is not too hot. Grooming is minimal; bathing is normally unnecessary.

With the amount of wind we had yesterday morning, I thought that today felt warmer than yesterday even though the actual air temp was colder. It's still -9F at home, -6F here in Minneapolis. We've been closing the schools whenever the windchill is under -30 here for the last couple years (which in parts of MN would mean school could only run from June - October). But my wife (the one in charge of these things at our house) approves, she hates to see kids at bus stops when it's that cold.
