Breaking up the Spurs perfect home record was a big bonus to that win.

Now they will play Memphis and probably lose the record.

Tonight is Kobe's last game, and the Warriors go for 73. If you want tickets to either, it will cost you.

This whole "chase for 73" will be a footnote in 20 years unless the Warriors win the playoffs too.

I wonder if Pops has something in store that he's holding back in reserve...

Just cancel the playoffs and have a Warriors vs. Spurs final.

Pistons beat the Cavs in OT tonight, meaning they could get 7th seed.

Edit: just checked the standings, and the Pistons are locked into 8th.

I guess nobody cares about the Dubs because Kobe decided to put up 50 shots and not make the playoffs.

    As I mentioned on Tweeter:

Kobe's final line: 23-1056 FG, 17-45 FT, 63 points. And the other team didn't guard him. Yeah, great night.

I don't care how jaded you are, that was pretty freaking cool.

And I've never even liked Kobe.

    At all.

Kobe gets the points because Kobe takes all the shots. All of them. And tonight, you really think they were gonna play "real" D on him?

And don't get me started on off-court issues (CO says "hi").

    Haters gonna hate.

That was badass clutch in the last few minutes. He was in the zone... one last time.

    Mic drop.
If no one played D on me, I could make those shots, well, at least 20% of them.

He's good, don't get me wrong, but he's not worth the arse-kissing he is getting tonight.
