Whew, Arm- worried you were going to mention Dartmouth when you spoke of teams who might be moving up!

Dartmouth can be included in my generic, "quite a few." That's all up to them. I just didn't take the time to type out every team that occupied some spot other than No. 1 at the time.

Over the years, I've had a fair number of Dartmouth fans take offense and feel I'm slighting your team where no offense or slight was intended. Why is that?

The big questions for the Big Green coming into the season were, a) how would the new goaltender perform, and b) who would score? So far, those questions have been answered positively. If that continues, DC will certainly be one of the big movers.

I'm not sure to what extent this reflects the league's strength last year through its use of priors.

It doesn't matter. Any ranking system that fails to show BC as greater than all four of those teams combined is flawed by definition.
