Also, due to rights restrictions, games originating from the University of Denver’s Magness Arena will not be shown, however on-demand video of Denver’s content will be available through NCHC.tv.
Viz, DU's Pio Vision is now run by CBS Interactive and not Neu Lion anymore. With Neu Lion doing the NCHC video, that reasonably explains why DU games in Magness are not part of their package. Kind of interesting that the NCHC didn't go with CBS Interactive as their TV deal is with CBS Sports. That also explains why our old Neu Lion accounts don't work on the DU website anymore.

Monty has provided a quick rundown of the incoming freshmen.

#36 Tanner Jaillet-Goalie from Red Deer Alberta who was the Canadian Tier 2 goalie of the year while playing for Fort McMurray in the Alberta Junior league. He and Evan Cowley will be looked upon to replace Sam Brittain.

#3 Tariq Hammond-Defenseman from Calgary who played for the Okotoks Oilers of the Alberta Junior league. He's a big mobile shut down defenseman who will add depth to our D corps.

#28 Adam Plant-Defenseman from Penticton, B.C. who played for Westside Warriors of the BCHL. He is a dynamic skater who can run a PP and defends well. He played on Team Canada West last year in the World Junior A championships.

#20 Danton Heinen-Forward from Langley, B.C. who played for Surrey in the BCHL. He was named rookie of the year and was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 4th round. He will be relied upon to increase our scoring depth and make our line rushes and PP more threatening.

#17 Rudy Junda-Forward from Denver who played in Wichita Falls in the NAHL. He will be an energy forward that brings a physical style game to the rink everyday.
Also Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Shaw has put the DU hockey team through an intense off-season conditioning program.

Pio Vision is same price as last year. I guess if we want to watch road games we have to buy NCHC package or on a per game basis. Remember last year we basically had to listen to Jay for roadies. I assume that still comes with Pio Vision. Don't know how many games will be on Altitude or Root Sports but I can't get them so those are automatically Jay nights.

Are you saying PioVision will show DU home games? Will cost me mucho bucks to watch DU from my home. Can't wait to see men's hoops and lax tv schedules. Last year I got probably 50+ Games in the 3 sports for $50.

I would think just like last year non televised home games will be on Pio Vision.

Me too, good luck on that. I have tried a number of times to log in and it doesn't recognize my email address.

McGill and 2 RPI games free for prior Year PioVision subscribers, and that's all folks.

DU78- I was just able to log into my old account on Piovision today. Actually, it's smoother then last year; probably because nothing is on.

In doing more reading on CBS Interactive, they state they are mainly a subscription network and very few games will be available on a game by game basis. (I read this after I signed in)
