Eric Macramella on TSN has been all over it. Premeditated murder was unprovable. He figured murder was a given.

Looks like the judge is going for the SA equivalent of involuntary homicide. The finding comes out tomorrow which may give the parties a chance to come to a deal.

Found guilty of "culpable homicide," or negligent killing.
