I don't think it's necessarily effort. Maine needs to get bigger. Probably not a coincidence that several of the more recent recruit announcements have been bigs.1987 1988 1989 1990 1991 1992 1993 1995 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2012(!)
