BSU has played Ferris tough, losing in Big Rapids 5-4 (OT) and 5-3 (empty netter), while winning 4-1 and losing 2-1 in Bemidji.

Only 4 days to go until road kill beaver. The maintenance department at Ferris has been fine tuning the boards so the puck will bounce directly in front of the goal, shutting the water off to the visitors locker room, and lowering the ceiling even more so its as loud as h#ll in the place both Friday and Saturday. I hope that the students come back early from spring break to give the place a little more atmosphere!

Only 4 days to go until road kill beaver. The maintenance department at Ferris has been fine tuning the boards so the puck will bounce directly in front of the goal, shutting the water off to the visitors locker room, and lowering the ceiling even more so its as loud as h#ll in the place both Friday and Saturday. I hope that the students come back early from spring break to give the place a little more atmosphere!

And the Beavers have put the ice back in the Glas, which has an even lower ceiling than Ferris' arena (not even going to try and spell it) and are pumping crowd noise through the speakers!

At least I wish that was happening....... I miss the Glas......

I have been sleeping quite well knowing the Huntsville is on the outside with their faces pushed up against the glass looking in the playoff window! I get visions of the opening department store scenes from "The Christmas Story".

Where was all this talk during Huntsville/Bemidji week (Love ya too, dude)

Nope, just getting ready to go. Watched Friday's game at home on TV and listened to Saturday's game at the hotel in Port Canaveral.

I admittedly only saw Ferris right at the beginning of the season when we hosted them, but they were the best team that I saw in the WCHA this season (and I saw the Mavs four times). BSU won seven non-UAH games. If this series goes to three games, I'll be floored.
