California omelette at Anna's House, buttered rye toast, and hazelnut coffee. Should hold me over until dinner.

Also, in Holland, we have chains that never came to Muskegon, such as Chipotle, Potbelly, Noodles & Company.

    Potbelly is delicious.

Today's lunch was leftover penne with pesto, and some Dannon Triple Zero Greek yogurt for protein.

    Re: Lunch

Bought one of those bagged salads. Added some spinach. Baked a couple of chicken breasts in herb and garlic marinade, cut some up to include. Added some feta cheese. Topped off with lite red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing. A sugar free Jello chocolate pudding and some red grapes. Will most likely have the same thing the rest of the week.

    Re: Lunch

Ordering from McKinney Roe (Mpls restaurant), I had a lamb burger, took off the top half of the bun, and then ate it with a knife and fork. Most things they make really well, but this didn't impress me. The gyro truck in front of my building cooks its lamb much better. This was a bit mealy, and they used some cheese - don't remember what the menu said and couldn't place it - to hold together the ground meat. Even though the taste wasn't horrible, it didn't really work either.

Getting into the role today, mookie had green olives from Palestine, along with hummus which was eaten with a tomato/basil flavored wrap where mookie tore off pieces and dipped (and double dipped)

I looked, and shockingly it's not what I thought - no avocado, turkey, or kale.

Not sure why they didn't call it something more Pre-talian.
