I do apologize. Work has been crazy this summer, as we're getting ready for a 4 week trial that starts on Monday. Once that's over (read: early August) I should have plenty of time to get going on the list.

What kind of trial? Do you have the bar exam later this month, or did you finish last year (already)?

Civil. Public sector Union discrimination under 1983.

I'm an "evening" student (I.e. I take classes part-time while working full-time), so it normally takes 4 years to finish. I'll finish in 3.5 (this December), so I'll take the February bar.

Yeah. My wife and I have been down here now for about 8 years, and I don't think we'll move anytime soon. Of course, if the right opportunity came we would consider moving.

Agreed. Nothing like a good old fashioned trial to make you realize everything they teach you in law school is bunk In all seriousness, it has been a tremendous experience. The firm I'm working at is stellar, and I've enjoyed every minute of it.
