If memory serves, Marshall was simply called for elbowing and not for contact to the head. That distinction is very important.

End of 2 periods of play, 4-2 MN. BU took an additional penalty out of the fisticuffs.

Note: roughing penalties were off-setting. It appears that BU took the original penalty (for holding) prior to the pushing and shoving post-whistle.

No other penalties were announced, so he may have just headed to the locker room given that there was only 5 seconds left in the period.

Geez, it looks like BU still has some players on the team bench rather than in the penalty box. I'm sure the officials will take care of that when the third period begins.
