I thought the rule was that if you can see the mooring, it's off. Of course, that'd probably mean the same thing.

I am at the game and did not see a red light or a ref point to the net. How is it reviewable if no official called it a goal.

If no one saw it why would the light go on or ref point. That is the point of the review.
