Scrum breaks out after a hit at the buzzer, but nothing appears to come of it. We'll see if there are any penalties at the start of the third

The Dreaded Third Period to come. Will 3-0 be enough? This year, there's real doubt.

Puck on the ice for the 3rd

Colgate did rally from a 3-1 deficit to win at Starr earlier this year, let's see what they can do...

It took 7 minutes, but we have the period's first penalty. Goulakos will sit for roughing, Cornell PP

Re: Cornell vs. Colgate - ECAC Consolation, 3/17/12

Aggressive defense from Colgate on the PP leads to a takedown by Ryan, and we'll have a little 4x4 before a Colgate PP

Quiet 3rd. The team behind has little to play for, while the team ahead does, and is pretty good on defense

    FINAL: CORNELL 3, COLGATE 0.

6th Shutout of the Season for Iles.

Good enough for an NCAA bid barring unusual action.

Colgate's Smith ends a phenomenal season.

    Colgate 0
    Cornell 3
    Final

Firman put a hit on Dias right at the buzzer, Diaz on the ice (hopefully he's alright), and a small scrum breaks out.

Unpleasant end to an unpleasant game....

Tough weekend to end the season

Congrats and thank you to the seniors for their 4 years at Colgate. Good luck to Austin Smith on making the Hobey Hattrick

Good luck to Cornell in the tournament. For us...maybe next year...
