You really don't know how DIV 1 sports works do you? Esp hockey. BU and BC were in the same situation a few years ago. It has nothing to do with "the head coach and his staff". I'll let you figure out what the real issue is. Last time I looked, BU and BC have pretty good DIV 1 Hockey...
