HELP!

I'm coming to you since this is an active thread - and the one I've been lurking on all day.

An evil coworker hummed the Michigan fight song at me over an hour ago. The best I've ever done at getting it out of my head is twelve hours. I've had no sleep and am not in the best of moods after my darling team gave its fans the finger last night.

Not even Andy Gibb's Love Is Thicker Than Water (the best song at getting another out of one's head without sticking itself) works.
I work on the 48th floor and I'm pretty sure the office windows open - please help if you have any suggestions.
