I messed things up starting with missing the 3:00 p.m. question being late. Then after trying to scramble and reschedule it for a 3:30 p.m. posting, I didn't really pay close enough attention to the availability of the teams' players, especially where Nathan had given us a heads-up.

The last question/answer is voided.

((( ... cue to aggrieved Team Bucky players pointing to emcee, and screaming at the top of their lungs, IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!! )))

I will come up with another KTF question for 50 pts. If all goes according to plan, I'll post it at 9:00 Central time tomorrow. Be there or be square.

We can try to get in eight (8) questions for tomorrow, and then finish up the last three (3) on Monday, with Final Jeopardy to happen on Tuesday a.m. Okey-dokey, folks???

Freshman year I dated a girl from Madison, needless to say that hockey season was a rather trying time, so yes, when irritated by Badgers, we gophers can become incredibly provoked. Luckily it was 94-95

A national magazine ranked college mascots a few years ago and said about Bucky Badger (direct quote- I'd never forget this one) "Looks more like a Tickle-Me-Elmo than the ferocious animal he is supposed to represent."

And I appreciate all of the kind words out there in WCHA-land. It's been a lot of fun getting to *work* with you folks, and get to know some of the finer points of the WCHA, its rivalries, history, records, etc.

Jen, that would be incredibly correct, hence my trade embargo on Wisconsin. However, my sister will be venturing East of the border this upcoming year as a Freshman at UWEC.

Jenna, thanks, that really perked me up. And like jen said, if you need any insight into St. Paul nightlife, I'll be more than willing to offer it, after all, I do live on Grand Avenue.

Frankly, that goes for any of you, I am more than willing to offer any advice on FF weekend.

I think my main problem with Bucky the Mascot is that hes stiff and cardboard looking.

MY favorite mascot moment is still from last year at a Wild game. They had an all mascot hockey game during intermission.

Goldy roughed Idea Box up along the boards, then I think it was Pillsbury Dough Boy came in to the Idea Box's defense.

I just about died laughing.
