I will one up Nathan...

I guarantee I am going to the series in Mad Town, and here...and I promise to buy a beer for the team before or after ALL GAMES!!! I will take them to Big Ten for wings!!

If that doesnt work...we can work the Final Five in somehow!! I will take jen to a movie too if she so obliges me http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/wink.gif

The Show for 40 pts.

What was the reason for the league being temporarily disbanded in the '58/'59 season?

No need to write a thesis here - just the basic problem should suffice, although I'm getting a sinking feeling I may need to use my judgment on this one ...

But in 1958 the conference broke up, due to a disagreement over recruiting practices

Well, now there are 370 points on the board, and we're down by 310. Methinks it's getting tough to overtake the big red machine.

PJ, are you in the cubicle next to Chuck Murray's?

Correct answer: dispute over recruiting of overage Canadian players. Team Bucky takes back control and adds another 40 pts.

Bucky 430
Goldy 120
SCSU 0

Awaiting Team Bucky's next selection ...

Good job PJ, got pulled away from the desk, I knew that was bound to happen sooner or later. And it was only to get the bad news having to be up early Saturday morning for our game for kickball tourney. Do any other areas have those? Around here theirs about 3 places that have one a year. Trying to juggle that and softball this weekend in different cities.

There is a Final Question where you can wager whatever amount you have.

I know how that goes, I've got five kids that play hockey.

5 kids, you've been a busy man http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif I got a hard enough time keeping myself under control.

Can we and Team Husky combine points?

Rats, that's not going to work either.

Chuck-

Are you going to eat that last cookie? Oh yeah, your wife called while you were at lunch.

Oops.

No, I don't know Chuck and have never been near his cubicle.

One of them drives, so it only gets big time ugly when three or four of them have tournaments, a hundred miles apart, on the same weekend. http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/wink.gif
