What I am saying is that when you finally get into USCHO and see that it is past 9am, you should probably delay the question about 10 minutes or so. I was checking my email at 9:03 to see if you had delayed the question.

Thanks for the input, Dave. That probably does make sense. Just curious - did you get the "warning" e-mail before the question went up? Sounds like you didn't ...

Chuck, my warning e-mail usually arrives at about 7 minutes after the hour... I'm just refreshing the browser every couple of seconds starting a minute before the hour.

Dave, I have noticed that too about the email, sometimes I get it 10-30 minutes after the question. I decided it was best not to rely on it.

On the issue of the e-mail "warning" message ...

I got a couple of notes yesterday indicating the e-mail warning arrivals were being very erratic, sometimes showing up right away and other times being very delayed.

I will keep using it for now, but I think the best approach is the one some of you folks seem to be using, which is to hit the "refresh" button right around the top of the hour. And per Dave's suggestion, if there's going to be a significant delay (more than a minute) on this end, I'll post a note to the thread with a revised "post time".
