This will be a great preview of the all important final game at next season's UNH Classic Tourney in November when OSU and Denver (and UVM) comes to town. Or a rematch of one of the worst games UNH played in the '98/'99 season when they came to Denver, after beating CC 4-1 in the Springs, and they lost to Denver 4-2 (**** altitude http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/wink.gif ), at that WONDERFUL McNichol's Arena (what a dump that place was).....

I might be running a little late, so perhaps the puck might drop a little late.

I never did understand the phrase, "running a little late". Does that mean you are a really slow runner, or you've got the runs so your a little late, or is it just that the Molson hat just keeps blowing off while your running and you have to go pick it up so you will be late?

Play here at Lake Placid is fast early. Both teams are skating well and referee Matt Shegos of the CCHA is letting them play.
Conklin with the games first save.

The game is pretty even so far, but UNH seems to have the better of play. Nice defense and hard skating. It's been a fun game to see.

UNH is looking strong early.
The crowd seems to be about 3 to 1 in favor of UNH with a lot of "neutrals" as well.
