Jason Deskins of Miami scores on the power play to bring the Redhawks even. Stevens and Kompen assist on the goal at 5:38 of the socond.

Yeah. The goal was a bit flukey. From what I saw, the puck was dumped in by Cockburn, hit a partition, bounced out it front to Freddy, who fanned on it, but managed to confuse Dublewicz (sp?) enough to turn on the light. Seems eeriely familiar. ;-)

The Wildcats answer right back in New Hampshire. Jim Abbott scores just a couple minutes after the Redhawks tied it. Assists go to Martz and Pruden. Time of the goal: 8:51.

Definitely a very tight game so far in Denver. In my opinion, both teams look good.

Mike Lebesnick scores a late goal for UNH. Pretty shot with a nice first assist by Austin. Haydar also gets an assist on this one, the goal coming at 17:02.
