Calling All Jen's, Part 4 and Counting..

Happy Columbus Day Jens! I'm posting from the comfort of my home. I have today off! I love companies that offer Columbus Day as a holiday. Good thing, too, as I was at a family function last night and didn't get home till 1:30. More family stuff today. DavidB, how's this for lunch:
Lasagna
Baked Stuff Shrimp
Tossed Salad, with feta cheese and olive
Assorted Greek appetizers
My mother's meatballs (which are awesome)
Brownies and assorted Greek pastries for dessert.
My mother is a fabulous cook!

Sounds like it was an interesting weekend of college hockey. I was at Walter Brown Arena on Friday. It was fun to be back. Can't wait for the season opener on Saturday!

Hi folks

Well after reading what Scarlet had for lunch yesterday, my lunch today doesn't seem that exciting... I had a honey BBQ chicken wrap with cheese lettuce and tomato and a Barq's root beer to drink.

I sure hope Hartwell doesn't want to eat my lunch again....

My sleep has been so messed up with being home in lovely md. (colder than here in boston!) and having a migraine over while trying to fast yesterday. AHHH!
