Happy Monday (if there is such a thing)!

It was nice to meet some of you this weekend. A split was all I was hoping for so I was pretty content with the outcome. Except I wish my Terriers gave a little more effort on Sunday. If you're going to lose, at least make them sweat. Oh well.

Is it Friday yet? This is going to be one long week, the first 5-day week in a while. I am so not used to that.

My roommate had both of his cars towed from the street two days ago to the tune of $200 and hit a guard rail with one of them today for another $3300 in damage. Ouch.

Hello Jens!! Rumors of my demise have been highly exaggerated! I have, however, been very busy with my two jobs, the holidays, and assuming my new role as president of the first aid squad I volunteer for.

Many thanks to Ray Lee for the excellent BU cap which found its way to me.

Was very pleased with this weekend's split. Didn't get to watch much of Sunday's game, despite my DirecTV. Heck, I'm pretty pleased with BU's play recently. This weekend's adventure to deep, darkest Maine should tell us much.

Hoping to make it up to Boston in May. For my 5 year reunion, no less. God, that makes me feel old!

Gibber - nice seeing you at the Gymnastics meet as well; hope that you had time to get a few pics. It was a great meet, UNH over Rutgers 191 point-something to 188 point-something (my bad, didn't write down the score). It was great to see the team rebound from such a traumatic fall semester.

Is Rutgers one of those first-tier schools?

My thoughts on shows like survivor, big bro, real world, and now temp. island...

they are interesting, and ok, but:
i have enough problems with getting though my own day of class, teaching, and other social activities... so, why would i want to turn on the tv during my relaxing time to watch others haveing all kinds of other problems to add to mine, and suck me into thiers???

also, it doesn't help not haveing a tv in my room, but still!

just my 2 francs to add!
