Happy Thanksgiving Everyone !!!

As for my lunch, since everyone is asking..... http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

I went to Mom's and had some lovely turkey, baked potato, stuffing, carrots, and corn. For dessert I had a slice of pumpkin pie and a slice of apple pie. I am quite stuffed now.... Did I mention I love Thanksgiving?

Please don't tell me I am the only one who has to work tomorrow....UGH!!!

The Patriots suck !!! I am so glad the national audience could see what us New Englanders suffer through every week...

Dave, you are not the only one who has to work today. However, judging by the number of cars in the parking lot here, you and I are the only people in the country that do. :)

Well I am glad I am not the only one working Jen! It is pretty much a ghost town around here as well. One bit of good news, my boss did say I could probably leave around 3pm! http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

Unfortunately, I am stuck til 5 pm.
However, much of that time will be spent slacking.

Well unfortunately I actually have work to do today. So, if I want to leave early I have to get it done, so I think I need to keep my slacking down to a minimum.

Greetings Jens! Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. I was in Denver with the Terriers. Sadly, the outcome was not as was hoped for, but the trip in general was fun. The airport experience on Wednesday was a breeze, but the trip home was a nightmare. My 6:45am flight was cancelled. I was told that the earliest they could put me on a confirmed flight was a red-eye through Dulles leaving at midnight. Great. I managed to fly standby on a direct flight to Boston around 12:30 in the afternoon, thank goodness. However, I had been up since 8am on Saturday and was quite tired. My boss said I could leave early today. What a guy. I think I'll take him up on his offer.

Hello Jens!

I lost my job but I'm happy with that. Actually that happened a while ago. But finding a new one has kept me away from the computer. I haven't even been keeping up to date with Cornell Hockey, let alone NCAAA, at any reasonable rate so far... but now its time to start paying attention...

In the spirit of Buff, we should do a team jen secret santa thing or something...

By the way, I make the best ****ed pumpkin pie I've ever had. I rule at desserts. (I made 4, ate 4... with only about 4 pieces of assistance. So now I'm on a between-holidays diet to make up for my gluttony.)

Not sure why I mention this, but it seems like it's been a few posts since anyone talked about food.

Oh, and BEER... if you get the chance, try some Harpoon Winter Warmer... it's kinda hard to find, but well worth the effort... yummy.

Jenna

I sent a letter to some Team Jen for the santa grab, if anyone on Team Jen and USCHO want in.. email me please!!!!!!

Good Idea Dave

Howdy folks !!!

This has been a very busy day, can I go home yet?

Well today I went with a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato. My beverage? Barq's root beer of course.

I can't wait for the weekend to get here.......
