No, but I slept to the point where I raced to work in time to arrive 2 whole minutes before a meeting with our Japanese partners..., so my slacking had to wait until now !

"Something" must be going on around here.....

Anyone been bunjee-jumping lately ? http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/rolleyes.gif

Boston Sports Guy is gone. Team Jen is asleep. Pedro couldn't get out of the 5th against Tampa Bay. What's next ????

TAjen - how was the Battlecats game ? I went to a game there about 5 years ago and really enjoyed the game, the facility, the park around it - a great time. Of course, they could use a good restaurant in that town....

Hello Jens!

I haven't been around for a very long while... Since Christmas, in fact (not that I was posting regularly even then, though). Now I live in California. But I'm thinking of moving back because I don't have a job and miss the east coast (btw, anyone need a web guy at his/her company?)

Anyway, that's where I've been. I hope everything is going well for all of you. Maybe I'll spend the next several days reading this entire thread now that I'm back http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

so uh, yeah, if he was in MD, Vic would be here at this hour by now, so I guess I'll be the one do his job today... top ot he morning, and back on top http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

I feel that it is my duty, as a team member, to get us back on top!

Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather...I'm off to the golf course shortly to play nine holes in this heat.

I'm very jealous of Vic hanging out in Europe...seems like just yesterday I was there. In honor of Vic, can I suggest that we all tip a little beer tonight? As dedicated team members I am confident we will all be endulging in our favorite beverage to quench our thirst from the sweltering heat. http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

Hello

I am here, I have just been trolling on the Division 1 section all day. I could probably use a nice cold beer tonight. http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

Top o the afternoon team from sunny/rainy/sunny Shannon Ireland. The emerald island is fantastic. The wife and I are enjoying this vacation. Went to Scotland and saw Edinborgh and the birthplace of golf, St. Andrews. Drank a toast of Scotch to you all while there. Now we have been touring Ireland. Just a glorious land. Have yet to see a rainbow and that pot o gold http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif . A toast of fine irish whiskey to all. Be back to wake you all up next Wed.

We had a really good time. Silverhawks won 5-1 in a pretty exciting game. Not so well-played at times, but exciting. And to sit 7 rows directly up from first for $7 wasn't too bad either. Also, it was 'Band Night', which means we got to hear a pretty good cover band in the patio area for free after the game. I recommend going if you get a chance.

TAJen - was the game in Battle Creek or South Bend ? I had assumed Battle Creek in my earlier post. I saw the Battle Cats play there a few years ago, actually saw a local kid (from Rehoboth, MA) hit a home run, and had a great ball game experience. The park was nice, crowd was great, tickets were cheap, and we sat up close. Minor league (and Cape Cod League) baseball is great.

A belated Happy Thai Wednesday and Happy Hump Day to you all. I'm going home now to have some supper, and maybe a glass of single malt to toast vicb with ! Thanks for the long distance hello vicb !

It looks like I'll do this morning's hello to the team on Vic's behalf. If he can post from across the pond, I guess the rest of us have no excuses. http://www.uscho.com/board/ubb/smile.gif

Golf game went alright yesterday...shot 4 over on the first hole (gotta love the snowman) and then went 5 over on the last eight. What a great game!

Hope everyone has a good day.

It was in South Bend; I was visiting the SO. We're definitely going to try and catch some more games.

Back on top, and Happy Friday all. Only a half day for me today, then maybe some golf or who knows what else. Gotta love the summer time.
