Your reply to one of my posts amounted to a character attack on Mr Kampersal
Read it again. I may have questioned yours, but I did not attack his.
My posts have been about the ability to have success in the playoffs. There is nothing personal about that.

I know Ann-Marie Elvin has been a topic of conversation. I just saw her on an ESPN Outside the Lines piece on concussions in women's sports. It says she sat out her first year of college hockey because she had six concussions in the last 21 months entering her freshman season. Good luck to her in healing from her injuries, whether she plays again or not.

Read my/your comments about integrity. Your credibility is shrinking

I have it on pretty good authority that Sherry is unlikely to try out for the National team.
Why is that?
She had an incredible year.

She had an incredible year.
The reasons were relayed to me in a private conversation and it would be inappropriate to reveal them on a public board. And of course, she could change her mind, especially if they really want her, but I was left with the impression that she will be back with Princeton next year.

Annamarie Holmes: it would make me think two or three or four times before taking a year away from my life in the middle of school to tryout. To some players it's worth it, but its definitely something that I would weigh carefully before making a decision.
Good point. In some cases, it isn't a trivial impact on the student's studies to have to take a year off mid-career. And as you say, it is one thing to do it for the Olympics, quite another for a few months of camp without the reward. Probably not right for everyone.

True enough, especially given that despite being a soph, she is still quite young, and there is pretty good depth at the position on the National team. There is also the matter of Princeton being a bit thin, and the uncertainty of Miss Elvin's return.

Not yet. Princeton usually doesn't announce their schedule until mid-June.
