WOW is all I can say....

OSU should fall out of the polls and UConn should enter the poll (higher then number 10.....)

UConn Upsets No. 3 St. Lawrence, 3-2

A late goal by junior Samantha Reid lifted the UConn to the upset victory (http://www.cstv.com/sports/w-hockey/stories/101907aab.html)

I go with
SLU over UConn
Colgate over UConn (or a tie)
I did good. Ha. Remind me in the future not to bet money when it comes to UConn! Congrats to UConn for taking it to my ECAC teams this weekend. I think we will have a new team in the top ten this week!!!

and while we are at it, check out Miss Thibault (http://www.uscho.com/stats/index.w.php)(better do it tonight)

Five different players notch goals and Wilson makes 19 saves in route to a UConn shut out. Congrats Huskies!

Hi folks, nice to be on board...

UConn continues the run: 5-3 over Northeastern. Thibeau or Hawkins figure in on every goal. Thibeau 2 goals 1 assist. Hawkins 2 assists. Wilson faces 29.

The goNU stream feed was difficult, at best, to follow. Hard to get a real sense of the pace or flow of the game.

Hey Justamom,

I have been following the HC U18 National Championship pretty heartedly and I noticed that we have a Miss Vanessa Thibault playing for team Quebec. She wouldn’t happen to be any relation to your Huskies Miss Thibault would she?

As a direct relation no, Doh has an older sister playing at Minnesota and a younger sister that plays also at home.

Big question = Does your D have a sister, and will she HAVE to play at that PLACE, 'cause there could be other alternatives:D

Does anyone know why Dominique Thibault was missing this weekend? Is she injured? Surely she would have made a difference in these two games.

I believe she's in Germany with Canada's U-22 team. The tourney ends today I think and the players return this week.

congrats to Brittany,.....however, 2 games with just 2 goals scored between 2 teams has to be a concern,.....women's collegiate hockey needs to find ways to score more goals much like women's basketball needed to score more points back some 15+ years ago,.....what did they do???,.....they made the ball smaller making it easier to handle and easier to go thru the hoop,.....don't know what the answer is,. but somehow more good scoring chances must be generated and hopefully more goals will be scored,.....
