Gophers and the 2007 U of M Relay for Life

The Gopher Women's Hockey team are once again going to participate in the U of M Relay for Life which is an event that helps raise thousands and thousands of dollars for cancer research. Last year the team raised over $3100.00 and are looking to beat that total this year - with your support that should be no problem! ;)

If you would like to make a check or cash donation, they will have a donation box at their annual banquet which is already this Saturday night, or else you can leave a message here and I can give you mailing address.

In case it's been forgotten, the women do this in honor of their equipment manager Bonnie who was diagonised with cancer a few years ago. Support the effort and support the girls. It doesn't take long to donate.
