I know the east is being hit by a brutal storm. Does anyone have information as to what games will or will not be played this weekend?

The storm is suppose to let up this evening. Road conditions should improve for travel by Friday depends on how icy it remains.

Chatham will be in Plattsburgh. Supposedly they left early enough that it wouldn't be a problem.

The Neumann Knights thread reports (unofficially) at least one D3 game cancellation. Anyone know of others D1 or D3? It seems like weather in most of the New York / New England area has cleared up enough that travel shouldn't be a problem, but there might be some local highway conditions that are worse than expected?

Highway conditions up here in Northern Vermont are very sketchy. In many cases, road ways are heavily packed and fairly slick. But the big problem remains the wind; since the beginning of the storm our winds have continued to be in the 30-40 MPH range, with higher gusts. This makes white outs common place and visibility pretty bad. I don't see schools here closed very often, maybe once every few years, but many districts haven't open since Wednesday. I've heard these conditions are tame compared to those in some areas of Northern New York State.
At this point, I'd say cancel any games you have to; we have to make sure these girls stay safe!
