Inspired by the Gatorade/Powerade poll.

I prefer Monster (orange). It actually tastes good; tastes similar to the McDonald's orange drink.

If "other," please post what you prefer.

I believe that's called "Hi-C." A new product on the markets around here. :D

The closest I come to an energy drink is Mountain Dew, and that hardly counts.

Although, I should note that I used to drink an occasional Red Bull in high school, before all these other energy drinks started popping up everywhere. Not that impressive, if you ask me.

On the rare occasion that I drink energy drinks, I usually go with Tab energy.

"Just give me a tab."
"Kid, I can't give you a tab until you order something."

A laurel and hearty handshake?

I don't drink energy drinks if I can help it. I just try to eat a good breakfast and get a lot of activity during the day.

Give me a Pepsi Free.
If you want a Pepsi pal, you're gonna pay for it!

I like Vault, though I'm pretty sure it's more of a soda than an energy drink, no matter what the packaging may say.

I have never heard of Donkey Kick. I think they need to sponsor one of my hockey teams (Fighting Donkeys).

I would swear that Vault is really just Surge repackaged.

the only time i drink energy drinks is when we're having '24' marathons and i need to stay awake and alert. instead of getting a few good nights of sleep before, the two times we've done it, i go in running on 10 hours of sleep total in the past 3 days and now im gonna be watching tv for almost 19 hours.
in extreme cases like this, 3 or 4 SoBe NO FEAR's usually do the trick :)

Yeah, I haven't heard of that one either. They should sponsor your team, or the Central Missouri State University Mules perhaps. ;)

Donkey Kick and Rooster Booster: http://www.quiktrip.com/products/products_energy_drinks.asp

Hair Of The Dog is around western Wisconsin (a buddy used to promo it at clubs/bars).

Both of these are not really big time/widely available, I don't think.

That's pretty much why I like it. I loved Surge back in the day.
