Is this the official notice of changing of the guard at USAHockey?

Sounds like USA Hockey will split up all the responsibilities that Ben Smith had into at least a couple of jobs. This one mentions nothing of coaching, but everything else relating to Director of Operations.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out, but I wouldn't be surprised if things stay pretty much the same. I can see Coach Smith becoming the GM and assuming Harry Sinden like status (and results).
