Shrader's house is absolutely coming down in this epic play-in clash.

Who shall emerge victorious? Take a gander at our combatants in action:

Magneto (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiBcHIuHmZA&search=magneto)

Shoot, Unicron takes one step with one of those size 1,000,000 feet and shrader's house is gone!

Not just shrader's house, but the entire block, and maybe a few small suburban hamlets as well.

But he's built out of metal, so Magneto could just start tearing him apart. The question is, could he do it fast enough, or would Unicron simply lose a limb or so before turning Magneto into a chunky red paste?

Unicron's made of metal, Magneto's special power is to bend metal to his will. Unicron is going to be one big pile of scrap when he's done with him. And thats only if Magneto doesn't get creative with him and build unicycles out of him. ;)

Isn't the question, however, what type of metal? Magnetism is only going to work on iron-based metals. If Unicron is aluminum, titanium, etc, magnetism isn't going to effect him.

Even if Magneto's power worked on Unicron, I don't think he'd have enough power to defeat him. I'm taking Unicron in a laugher.

Has anyone ever seen an issue of X-Men (or any other book, for that matter), where Magneto's power didn't work? I've been wondering for some time if his power is the power to manipulate metal, not necessarily the power to control magnetism.

Have you ever seen an issue where he takes on something the size of a planet?

I agree...even if Magneto goes against him...and his powers work...that thing is too **** big.

If he can take down cybertron....he can throw down on Magneto.

I officially declare shenanigans on this poll. I won't get into the reason why, but you know who you are.

Is it enough to tip the scales? Or just enough to cheese you off? :p

I guess one extra vote for Magneto isn't that big of a deal.

Asteriskit, I should have the power to prevent this kind of stuff from happening at my house.

From http://www.marveldirectory.com/individuals/m/magneto.htm :

Known Superhuman Powers: Magneto is a mutant with the superhuman power to control magnetism.

Its magnetism, not metal manipulation. We are, however, surrounded by a lot of iron-based metals in modern society, which would explain why Magneto can find something to manipulate on a regular basis.

It's okay, Unicron would've eaten you already and it just wouldn't matter.

Unicron should be destroying this vote the way he destroyed Megatron's ego - that in itself is a huge victory, especially since Megatron ruined Starscream.

Isn't it a fair assumption that the metal Unicron is built out of is also magnetic? I'm thinking it has to be, otherwise this is almost no contest (Magneto could use his powers to creat some weapons, but it wouldn't be enough).

Edit: Shenanigans indeed - this poll should be tied right now!
