seeing as the season is 90% sold out, we could sign A-Rod, Shane Spencer, and Drew Henson, and the fans woul still come.

3rd place? You cant tell me the '06 Sox arent better than the 05 co-champ Sox. What did the Yanks do this offseason to help their pitching woes? How long until Sheff's shoulder falls apart?

In all seriousness, Giambi, Cano, and Damon will be nice boosts. Jeter will be clutch and A-Rod will be good and not clutch. Who else will do anything for the Yanks? Mari can't help you when you're down 8-7 every night.

I think you misread that, The Red Sox did sell out since Fenway Park will now be called the Kimberly Clark Urinal Cake Field. The City of Boston forced this upon the Red Sox because the stench was starting to cause the students at Fenway High School to vomit.

The '06 Sox will be worse than the second-place '05 Sox. And you can print that too.

Yup, as I expected, CAH has appeared and has lined up the tanks and heavy artillery to return fire.... :D

If by tanks and heavy artillery, you mean pop guns and GI Joe action figures.

Everyone stop getting CAH a beer! I think its time for an intervention! ;)

Since the Babe was sold.

Has it been that long since NU won the Beanpot?

Great. Because there isn't enough stupid bad blood between these two teams.

Don't get suspended during Double-As games.

Someone needs to dust off Hal McRae and get him in there.

Yeah he's not being a very good troll right now.. He needs to pick up his game, but it's still early

About as long as a BC alum has been with a teenage mistress.

I still think we should send the Tampa Bay Goons down the International League. I mean, who cares if they start brawling against Pawtucket? :p

I think he's nervous about the rivitalized Blue Jays (but aren't we all). Someone needs to start a Blue Jays thread so CAH can post his halfassed attempts at flaming there. :p

I love it when CAH speaks in riddles.

Tell me he's not serious about the stadium. Fans are in for a surprise. THe new roof seats are like having a brand new park (plus the monster and RF roof) and there are new and redone concourses all over the place.

Yankee Stadium IS an actual toilet. I dont think they even care if you go in your seat anymore (which is good for the nervous bladders of Yanks fans).

He must have followed David Wells offseason conditioning regimen.

Not only that when Keith Foulke comes to the mound they'll be a giant "BAWOOSH!" on the speaker system.

"Wrigley has charm. Fenway has charm. If you put Yankee Stadium in Kansas City, it would be one of the five worst parks in Major League baseball. The only thing redeeming about Yankee Stadium is that the Yankees play there."

Im going to Wrigley for the first time a week from Friday. I'll be curious to see how it compares with and/or contrasts Fenway. Ive been to Yankee Stadium many times and am very underwhelmed each time I go. The place is a friggin' dump.

Fenway has charm the same way you find a fat chick cute after 12 beers. There is no charm to Fenway, just because you say a lie enough times doesn't mean its true.
