Has anyone received their Frozen Four tickets from NCAA yet? The letter said March for distribution, so I'm curious if they've started sending them out yet.
Thanks!

Maybe this thread is as good a place as any for people to report when they get tix, and perhaps location and priority status.

Sounds like a good idea to me!
I don't know of anyone that has theirs yet, including us (my family and myself). It's gotta be soon though! :) We booked our flights today.
Should be coming, obviously, any time now.

i have been told the tix will be processed and mailed next week. I wouldnt expect them for another 10-12 days...which is great for everyone who paid for them a year ago now...

Yeah, even better for us that got tickets, and can't go...not a whole lot of time to package and ship them cross country...***** NCAA!!! GRRRR!!

Which also means there is less time for the good seats to be advertised on eBay... In the past, the NC$$ notified people months in advance where their seats were located, even if the tickets didn't arrive until March. This practice appears to have ended. Could this be the NC$$'s latest idea to impede ticket scalping?

Quite possibly...I didn't think of it that way...but Clifton, I hope you weren't insinuating that I was a scalper ;) I know you weren't...and just to verify, my tix got sold at face value to 2 people on this message board :-)

Of course not :)
Seriously, however, this is beginning to make a lot of sense. A couple of years ago, I remember seeing tickets for sale on eBay in the Fall that included the section, row and seat number the following Frozen Four. Now we can't even find out our seat locations until March, much less have the tickets in our possession.

Uh, the pony express isn't running anymore.....and I would love to see what sort of packaging you have planned that requires extra time.
I did notice tickets for sale on an agency website with the row and section, but they were advertising the absolutely worst seats for $200/ticket. I think they're trying to sell in advance and then just tell buyers "good news we've upgraded your seats" when they find out where their tickets really are. Not a bad strategy to look like your the only one with tickets in hand.

No special packaging...no extra time required...what is required is time, period!! Fact is that if I got the tickets last week, I wouldn't have to rush around getting to UPS/FEDEX/USPS. I could go when I have time...and with the hours I work, that time is few and far between...I can understand what Clifton means...never thought of it that way...and if that is the reason, than more power to them!!! I just hate that I have to drop everything I am doing the minute I get tickets so I can get them out and the people can receive them before the games.

I got mine today and they're awful. So much for having a priority level. And they spelled my name incorrectly. Someone is getting a nice little email from me.
