Good Game by the Sioux. I think despite the score a very even game and even may able to give the edge to the Sioux based on performance other than score.


Shep didn't cost the Sioux the game but I'd sure like to see what would happen if he doesn't blow that call handing DU the 4th goal.

I'll say. DU's Freshmen carried the game. Easily Paukovich's biggest game. Tonight he was a franchise player. Statstny was all over the ice.

What a thrill for Nick Larson. Hardly played as a Fresh or Soph (a couple of games max). Then plays 30+ solid games last year to help us win the NC. Then just as solid as rock this year playing with captain Matt Laatsch on the blue line.

UND is a good team. They are perfect for the NCAA Tourney. Tough goaltending & defense. They remind me of the Badgers last year. Wouldn't surprise me if they pull an upset in the NCAA's.

The good thing about DU tonight, besides the obvious in getting a win, the worst we could do is a split. Tomorrow's game will be tougher than tonight's, but we have an opportunity to get another quality win!
