This site is essentially an new version of the now defunct MichiganCollegeHockey.com. We are still looking at options for improving the site. If you have any comments on how to make the site better, please let me know at MichiganCollegeHockey@yahoo.com

It is just some basic summer season rants by myself so far. We are hoping to get some of the school alumni involved though. We are hoping to get some stuff posted that goes beyond the normal press releases.

fyi....just in case anyone wanted to know, michigancollegehockey.blogspot.com has also been covering the Michigan ACHA angle this season too. It's not a lot, just a brief write up and scores, but its certainly the best coverage we have of the club level.

Another year, another search for writers...

MichiganCollegeHockey.com (http://www.michigancollegehockey.com) is looking for dedicated writers to cover the following schools for the 2006-2007 season;

Ferris State

Finlandia

Northern Michigan

Western Michigan

ACHA Club Hockey

Duties to include weekly recaps of your team's action, features as needed, and interviews with players and coaches.

Requirements should include;

1) Writing, communications, or journalism majors or background

2) Love and understanding of college hockey

3) Ability to attend the majority of your team's home games
