Is Todd Bertuzzi guilty of ASSAULT???

Based on the facts...Do you believe Todd Bertuzzi is GUILTY or NOT GUILTY of assault. And because I do not know Canadian law...I will use American...Do you believe he is guilty of felony assault or misdemeanor assault in his attack on Steve Moore???

it was at "work" not on the street... but if someone at my office clocks me, it's a crime... so, it depends on hockey...

I said guilty lesser charge... so he is guilty....

not guilty. An athlete assumes a certain level of risk when he steps into the arena, and cheap shots are an unofrtunate part of the risk. If Bertuzzi is charged than all cheap shot offenders should be charged (late hits, spearing etc).

Don't the courts and government have bigger problems to solve? yes they do.

Even though I hate Bertuzzi and players like him, I said guilty on a lesser charge. Cheap shots are a part of the game, but I see them more as a no blood, no foul type of deal. I haven't heard much about Moore lately, but last I heard he was more than likely done with hockey for good. That kinda sucks for him.
