How many minutes of that period were 5X5?

A bit touchy today, sorry for making an observation. Glad you are all knowing and can read anything in anyones mind. Please tell me how I am on this sight? Just watch the game instead of trying to pick fights!

Ehhh..it mostly has to do with when you first came here (only 4 months ago) and started picking a fight with one of the nicest posters (suze) on this site (that's how you spell it). Not the best way to start off...

I'd be interested to see the box score for the first period... if for no other reason, to count the penalties!!

Not going to read through the entire thread and I'm sure this has been discused . . . but tell me . . . HOW THE HELL DOES CONRAD HACHE GET A FROZEN FOUR GAME

talk about a game not being able to ever get started. hopefully the refs may actually let the kids play hockey. DU's only chance of getting back into the game really.

nice period UMD, i still find it odd to be cheering for you.

Thank you for the spell check. I always love when people resort to picking on someone for a typo. Secondly, get over it. If I did, i'm sorry. I'm not going to lose sleep over it. I don't think Suze is still holding the grudge nor do I think you should. I'm not going to get petty with you. Life is too short to argue with someone on a computer. I for one would just rather watch the game and not try to read into anyones simple observations of the game seems slow today.

Penalties have been deserved. A game called by the rules, however, is not what the WCHA is used to, and Denver's hold and tackle game has been eliminated today.

There is no rational explanation for this.

Therefore, there must be some irrational explanation for this.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what it might be.

Another UMD penalty. Can you say "Marble theory?"
5:52 to play in first

That was interesting; and where was Archie when Schwabe was recruited:(

Whether or not the penalties have been deserved, it is a fact that Hache is the worst ref in Hockey East. And that fact alone should have disqualified him from officiating at a Frozen Four game.

Why don't you two take your SCSU-NoDak argument to another thread. The rest of us are here to talk about a hockey game.

Thank you. I'd rather drop it and watch the game myself.

Anyone else want to smack that kid that kept leaning into the shot of Wodon and Sandelin and was showing whatever logo he had on his fleece??

Not to fuel this argument... but that wasn't a typo. A typo would be something like 'stie' or 'siet.' What you did was use a completely different word that just happened to sound similar to the one you meant. So when you were upset for being 'picked on for a typo,' you were actually being 'picked on for being an idiot.' :)

The first couple of seconds that the score/time thing was up, it had 21:12 for the amount of PK time left. :D

Come on Dawgs! Let's keep the level of play up in the 2nd period and get a quick third one!
