You watching tonight, Jon? The Celtic-Man U game is on FoxWorld. I'm just wondering--4 goals allowed to Chelsea, 5 to Liverpool? Will they stay sequential, and give up 6 to the Red Devils tonight? :)
Personally, I'm hoping Celtic wins this one, though....
Any one but ManU. :)
I'm think Van Diverroy scores a hat trick. Sigh. :(

Ooooh ManU is neat.

As the FSW announcer just said, hopefully this injury to Thompson isn't serious...that'd be all Celtic needs now.

It didn't look good, he's going right to the training room.

Celtic's Chris Sutton scores on the penalty. 1-0

It was a good call, Timmy was fooled too.

Ladies, and gentlemen, this is what happens when Martin O'Neil is in the building. ;)
They might lose by less than 2 goals tonight! :D

I'd like to see Hartson (a former Arsenal man mind you) run over a ManU player or three!

From your mouth... :D
For my part, I'd like to see the entire Arsenal team run over a ManU player. :D

Celtic goes up 2-1!!!
And what do you know, it happens shortly after Forlan, with his Bo Derek haircut, comes onto the field. The mere sight of Forlan boosts my hopes of Arsenal repeating in the EPL this year!

Giggs is coming in for ManU. This should be interesting.

Meh, there are at least five players on Rangers with worse haircuts. ;)

But it's the Bo Derek haircut on a guy who has become legendary for all the wrong reasons in the EPL that really makes it so great!

And having a hideous bowl cut for no good reason doesn't? ;)
BTW: 2-1 Hoops.
Good day for all the Man City/Arsenal/Liverpool/Anyone Else fans on this board.
Hail Hail! The Celts are here... :)

I guess it's a matter of judgment what haircut is worse. I just like the thought of a Bo Derek haircut player running around, missing easy goals all season again for the Red Devils. Of course with RvN, Saha, and Smith in the mix now, Forlan's time on the field may be a lot less this year, barring injuries.
Celtic certainly looked better today than the last games, but with so many non-starters playing, it's hard to read too much into any of these games. I find it a little interesting that Roy Keane is playing in these games regularly for ManU. Given his age and health issues in recent seasons, I'd think he'd be used quite sparingly to ensure he's fresh for the start of the EPL season, as ManU look much better in recent years when he's out on the pitch.

Well, after the close (but ugly) match with Bayern on Sunday, the United Youth squad couldn't pull it out against Celtic.
No Scholes
No Ruud
No Rio
No Ronaldo
No Silvestre
No Saha
No big deal.

Thank God for that. Forlan is the single worst acquisition in the history of the Premiership.
Ruud
Saha
Smith
Solskjaer
Bellion (but he needs serious work)
Still all better than Forlan
Once again, the key to the season for United lies with the back four.
If John O'Shea continues to play well, once Rio comes back I won't feel so badly.

Yes he did. I just watched the second half of the game but he seemed to be doing well and a few times made some good supporting runs and was in a position to get some shots off. The announcers seemed to be impressed with him too.
